Most companies don’t have proper design files. They have the PDF the printer sent back, a CorelDraw file from 2016, a Canva export. On the Business plan, your designer rebuilds each label as a clean Illustrator design file, connected to the workspace — text live, fonts in place, dielines separated, barcodes and content linked. From then on every change is a field edit, not a redraw.
